Update: Operation "Diamond Watch":
Below are the list of Options that Luzon Council had made as to how we will be able to send help to our brod and sis in Eastern Visayas. Some of the said options were being tried by yours truly and Brod Clamelgasbal A Ventura had approved my request to let Sis Jinky Plaza do the #1 Option...

Update: Operation"Diamond Watch"
After the meeting of Luzon Council yesterday (Dec.8'13) we came up with the following options:
1. All cash donations received will be sent thru bank to bank or any means avoiding large expenses.
2. Coordinate with Cebu Council if we could send to them the said donations.
3. Coordinate also with EV regarding the relief packing and distribution to the affected areas.
4. Before we transfer the money, we will also wait for the pledges made by our Brod/Sis.
Note: Due to financial constraint, work schedule and the practicality behind, Luzon Council came up with the above decisions.
