Mindanao Council (MC) will celebrate the 36th Foundation Anniversary of ADAMAS NU OMEGA (ANΩ), International Collegiate Fraternity and Sorority, on August 25, 2012 (Saturday) in Butuan City, to be hosted by Butuan City ANΩ alumni and students. The following are the lined-up activities:
1. 8am-9am – Motorcade around Butuan City major streets
2. Registration of ANΩ Members (For election/ratification of CBL)
3. 9am-12noon – Presentation and Ratification of Proposed Amendments of ANΩ Constitution and Bylaws (Venue: Brgy. Sikatuna Covered Court)
4. 1pm-4pm – ANΩlympics with Laro Ng Lahi (Venue: Brgy. Sikatuna Covered Court)
5. 6pm – DINNER (Venue: Brgy. Sikatuna Covered Court)
6. 7:30pm-10pm - ANΩversary PROGRAM & PARTY (Venue: Brgy. Sikatuna Covered Court)
In this connection, as Grand Adamant of ANΩ-Mindanao Council, I am inviting you to attend this event and earnestly asking your favor to share your blessings for our national ANΩversary celebration in the amount of not less than P350.00 to cover the operating expenses, food and prizes of games. The deadline for the collection of the said amount shall be on August 22, 2012 to be collected by the Bro. Glen Maluya and Bro. Rommel Soriano for Butuan City and Bro. Jorge N. Miole for Cabadbaran City, Bro. Joel Tiu and Sis. Josefa N. Matugas for Bayugan, Esperanza & San Francisco, as the authorized collectors. ANΩversary t-shirt is for sale at P300.00, however, the t-shirt is provided free for those Adamants who contributed the amount of P1,000.00 and above.
